"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"The owner assisted me with financing the same day he came into give me an estimate for the work. I had previously gave $4997.00 for a down payment for from another company with another $4997.00 when the work was completed. That company was going to only going to give me a cooling coil on my furnace (not a new unit) a nd to replace the duct work with 3 year warranty on the coil only. I was unable to get financing for the balance of the work so I had to cancel the contract. Lo s Andes was very informative with pros and cons of the other companyâ s offer and the warranty issue. Los Andes were very customer friendly, they scheduled the work quickly and the quality of the work was great. The workers were friendly. The cost for the new ac and venting was less than the other company with 10 year warranty on unit. I have already recommended them to family if the should have a need."

"Great!! Matt inspected the unit and we determined that one of the fins on my blower might be a bit loose. He came across as very knowledgeable, experienced and did not automatically want to replace things that did not need to be replaced. I decided to enter into a twice yearly service inspection contract for both my units with him. Looking forward to using Warrior HVAC company when the need arrives. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent, as always. Have been a customer of D&H for nearly 20 years. Everyone contacted from the office staff to the technicians are always courteous and professional. The most recent visit was Nov 5, 2019. Brandon was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was confused about an invoice I had which I thought was a receipt for installation of a part. Brandon was extremely patient in allowing me to present my opinion and then he very patiently explained that what I was looking at was an estimate, not an invoice for service. And he explained in detail the benefit of having the part installed. I authorized the installation of the part and he took care of it efficiently. Brandon displayed the kind of customer service we expect and appreciate, but in today's business climate is not always the case. Would absolutely recommend Brandon and D&H to anyone who needs HVAC service or repair."

"The technicians, Al and Pablo were excellent. We had a strong rotting smell in a small bathroom, suggesting a sewer backup problem. They came promptly and examined the situation, including crawling under the house to inspect the everything. They found that our problem was not a sewer. Then they searched in the bathroom itself, and determined that it was an animal nest right under the sink vanity. They were quick, pleasant, and efficient. Because the visit was so fast and not a plumbing problem, they volunteered not to charge anything. If we have other problems potentially serviced by Temperature Control, we will surely call you next time."
