"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. Our previous ac/heating system went totally out from another company and they did not honor their warranty. We had so much trouble with our previous company and the unit. We decided to try Los Andes AC that we found on Home Advisor. Fernando and Pedro came out the day of our call and installed a new system by the next day. The whole process was completed in 24 hours. "Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

The diagnostic evaluation description changed from my purchase date to the appointment so the service was not what I expected.



I hired the company to seal my ducts. The price was reasonable but on the date of the appointment, only a portion of service was performed and the time of the appointment was not as scheduled. The remainder of the service was rescheduled when I called the company. The computer that shows pre and post duct sealing leakage was on the fritz. I was supposed to receive a copy and have requested this multiple times. I still have not received this.

The servicemen are very professional and seem quite competent. The schedulers, receptionist, business office end of things is atrocious.

"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Vintage Air called to confirm the appointment then texted me when he was on his way. His van was professionally signed identifying his company. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to up sale me or sell me things that were not needed. Very honest. I definitely would hire Vintage Air again."
