"They are local in Dorchester and they are professional and offer quality services. You'll pay, however. They charge me $54 per month for the service contract, which is $648 annually. That includes one furnace tune up in fall, 1 A/C check in spring, and 1 hot water heater tune up (hot water is tankless and most companies won't do it). They also offer contract customers 10% off plumbing, with priority service and 24 hour service. That's good. However, you'll have to WAIT for your annual appointments. It's January and I'm still waiting for my fall tune up, because they were fully booked through Xmas, exempting mid-day appointments I'd have had to miss work for. That's a downside. Otherwise, their admins are the best and they offer a good, quality service - price is high though!"

I had spent much money with The company that I used for 20 years they told me they would not be out for 4 days on a Saturday & because it was a Saturday would charge me a $500 premium or I could with until the middle of the following week.
