The work took about 1 1/5 hours including about 40 minutes to go pick up the part. I was charged an additional $140.00 just because he did not have the part with him. "George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem.
