"Owner is a very down to earth, nice guy.  I originally had him come in to check my ac system last year after we first moved in and noticed the air was not coming out cold.  He quickly checked the system and told me we were low on freon.  He told me the pros and cons and I took the risk and tried to recharge the system knowing there was a chance the leak was large enough that the freon may just all leak out.  He recharged and it lasted the whole summer.  This summer came around and we tried one more time and got through the summer on a charge again.  Owner is not pushy, nor will he try to upsell you or sell you services you do not need.  Strongly considering replacing at least one a/c unit (we have two) this winter and if we do, will definitely go with this company.  Highly recommended.

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"
