The water heater expansion tank was also replaced due to a leaking connection.. The total repairs expense is $775. The apoointmebt time was 9:00 am, they came in around 10:30."

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job, with a very quick turn around time. Joe actually ended up saving me money because he was honest and told me I only needed to replace the compressor, not the air handler, as other companies I had called for estimates had told me I needed to replace. I would absolutely recommend him and his company as I am already hiring him to replace my hot water heater."

"They diagnosed a faulty gas valve. It was replaced and the system has been working well ever since. They replaced the old humidifier with a new one and it works well. Both times they were pleasant to work with, price was fair, and I will definitely use them again."

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
