"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"We have a service agreement with them. We like them and that's why we went ahead and got a service contract with them. They do the heating, cooling and the water heater. They come out 3 times a year. It's either $159 or $179 a year, somewhere in there."

"It was excellent service. I don’t have it written down and can’t remember how much they charged me. It was whatever their service charge would be because as it was, they didn’t make any repairs because it didn’t look like it was leaking. Whatever their service call is whether that’s $50 or $90 whatever it is. He apologized for that, but he had to come out and even though there was wasn’t a repair made because it seemed to be in good working condition. It was a $60 charge. It was the same technician that came out the second time. He could tell right away that it was in good working condition and he told me to watch it and if they had to come back they wouldn’t charge me for that service call. I think that’s what he said. Anyway, he didn’t look for a repair to make. He could see that maybe the door wasn’t shut all the way and water spilled out on the floor and he could see that right away without charging me a whole lot of time. I can’t think of anything that needs improved."
