"The service for the big deal from One Choice Mechanical for air conditioner tune up was fine. It was fine. They came in and I wasn't there. My mother was able to meet the man who came over. She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

"Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. I called Greenwell Plumbing and they came out within a few days to look at the problem. They apologized for me having to wait a few days, but this was when this area was experiencing very cold temperatures and pipes were freezing and bursting and the plumbing companies were swamped with people calling about flooding homes. I understood this completely. When they came to the house they spent quite some time trying to locate the leak and finally suggested that I call the American Leak Detection Company.which I did. For anyone who has an underground (under the foundation) leak, this company is a Godsend. This company came the very next day and Greenwell was here to meet them. Within 20 minutes of being in the house, the leak detection company had located the leak in the kitchen. Greenwell immediately started jack hammering through the ceramic tile floor and into the foundation. We soon heard the gushing of the water from the leak. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. The plumbers were friendly, polite and professional. I have recommended them to several people and would call them again with any future problems.

"This is an awesome company to do business with. Spoke with Andrew and he was very responsive. He took time to not only explain what was wrong but showed me. I had a crack in my heat exchanger. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived. Also I had a a home warranty and they came out and said that the reason the unit stopped working was an 'act of god.' naming hail. What a scam! What was wrong is the unit had the wrong fan in it. and it was not damaged by hail."

"My review is somewhat mixed. I originally contacted the company moving into new residence wanting 5 chimneys inspected (level 2)/cleaned and to address leak which caused me to put Rubbermaid bins under ceiling in one area of home. They were quick to respond and quick inspected chimneys recommending I replace chase covers on 4 chimneys and until the could perform the work even put tarps over main leaking chimney. Up to this point service was outstanding. I scheduled the work and chase covers were replaced however leaking continued but to a much lesser degree. This is when the problems started as contacted the company multiple times with the promise, I would be contacted back which never happened. After making no progress on this front I was forced to speak with other company. I do believe they perform professional work initially but don’t see them willing to continue working with customer to pinpoint leaks if initial install doesn’t completely resolve problem as they claim on website."
