"In August 2023, I had a slab leak. Mr. Terry from American Plumbing came and did a leak detection. It was a cold water line slab leak and I had to get 1 cold water line rerouted.. Fast forward to January 2024, some tiles in my floor felt warm to touch which I knew had something to do with pipes. I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. From the initial phone call with Chelsie (both times) to Mr. Terry coming out, to Seth and Logan performing the repairs. I recommend this company everytime."

"Rick was very knowledgable and his work seemed high quality to me.  Looking at the pipes under my sink before and after, the new pipes actually look "beautiful," if you can say that about pipes!  They are nice and perfect looking.  Sink drains so much better than before and no bad smell.  
He worked very hard to get my pipes back in working order as fast as possible (working late on some nights), and he made what could have been an unfortunate plumbing problem not quite so bad.

"The shop was busy and they made an appointment for me and they had the vehicle towed over there from the dealership.  It took them about a week and I had some problems after the fact that I had a loose motor mouth which was causing some vibrations. So I brought it back to them. I had some issues with the overall service but the transmission was fine. One of the things they had to do was to remove the motor mouth both and them put the back on. One of the quotes I got form the dealership said they there were supposed to change them out but they said that it was not necessary. The motor mouths loose and I was having engine problem and they diagnosed it and said the engine was shock and said it is not their fault. In the end I just traded the vehicle in.  They did not charge me for the diagnosed and towing."
