"An employee came out to look and give an estimate as did several people from other companies. The Elgin person gave the clearest explanation of what was needed and my options. The company was not comfortable installing the water softener unless a plumber put in the piping infrastructure (my water main is old) so I had to hire a plumbing company for that work, however."

This included installing the proper drain system for the water softener. The estimate covered everything mentioned and there weren't additional costs. <br> <br>I would use them again in the future. <br> <br>"
