"I highly recommend NW Sundance. Setting up the appointment was easy, they called 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were coming like promised, arrived on time, and quoted me the repair price all in a very effortless matter. The plumber Jorge was a great guy. Very professional, outgoing and efficient. He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. Even disposed of the old unit for me, without even asking. I am very impressed with these guys and will use them again if the need arises."

"Said he could make it in early, but we were already occupied so he still showed up on time. He was able to diagnose and fix our heater in no time. He even gave us some tips and advise to replace our thermostat. Would definitely call again if something else comes up."

"It all worked out just fine. They were able to get the heater going by installing two batteries in the thermostat and clicking the heater on. It remains a mystery as to why the heater stopped working. They could not definately tell me why the heater stop and would not run. I quess $120 service call for two batteries is fair since they did get the heater going."

"The job went beautifully from start to finish.  Communication was good with both Charles and Colin.  They each have a strong aesthetic sense and made good suggestions.  The craftsmanship of the quartz and butcher block countertops is excellent, as is the match with the new cabinet they installed, and the tiling work that Colin did for the backsplash is excellent as well.  He asked for our preferences with regard to details along the way, which we appreciated.

The job started and finished on time.   They kept the worksite immaculate and removed all waste.   Working with them was a very good experience and the result is what we had hoped for.   "
