The service call was assigned to DeWitt?s Appliance Repair. We were called Monday afternoon, appointment scheduled for Tuesday 1-27; the owner and technician checked the refrigerator, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts; condensor fan and motor and a defrost heater and sensor. The parts arrived Saturday 1-31; DeWitt?s called on Monday 2-2 and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 2-3. The Technician John arrived on schedule, promptly installed the parts, checked the operation; refrigerator was back in service.
