I know the job was big but most places were quoting around or over $13,000, and he was cheaper. He was always on time, courteous, cleaned up after himself every day and did the job within a few days. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Matt Crandall provided exceptional service from the 1st call to the installation of the water heater and boiler that was able to install the following day. When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did. After dealing with the first contractor, I only wish he was my first call and not the second."
