"Ron was the most amazing guy we could have asked to help us with our problem. I knew nothing of our plumbing as we are in a house we recently inherited. He took the time to find our main drainage access point, and even took the time to map where our sewage lines went. He also took the time to make our dog who is normally petrified of men feel comfortable and at ease even playing with her which has never happened before. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an honest person to help with their plumbing needs. Will be calling Broderick plumbing for all out future plumbing needs! Ps. He even went out of his way to put my toilet back in place after I tore it out without wanting to charge any extra for the agreed upon work. Honest hardworking fair guy!!"

"I previously left a positive review for this company, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. After having my main water line replaced as part of a bathroom upgrade (at the recommendation of this plumber), the pipe failed shortly afterward?leaking over 30,000 gallons of water into my yard. When I contacted him with clear photo evidence, he initially refused to even look at the issue, taking no responsibility for the work. I had to beg him to come inspect the damage, which he finally did 36 hours later?by which time the leak had already caused a $300 spike in my water bill. I only replaced this pipe because he advised it during my remodel. Now I'm stuck with damage and an unnecessary bill. This is not how you stand behind your work, and it?s definitely not how you treat a repeat customer. Very disappointing. "
