He even drained my other a/c unit just to make sure that I would not have an issue with that one next. Their employee provided me with honest information that I needed to know. I recommend Walmer for anyone with an a/c or heating issues. Also I highly suggest that you get on their yearly if not their 6 month maintenance service plan. "Excellent. Waylon and his team were very professional, answered all questions I had and performed superb service. Within the past year, I have had a few issues with my HVAC system. First go around, I contacted a different company who came by to access the issue and repair. For the time and labor involved (less than an hour) I feel I paid an outrageous amount but it needed to be done (summer time in the Panhandle of FL). The second issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor was handled by Waylon at H&W. Again another less than hour job to access and fix the issue but this time Waylon explained why this fix would be a "Band-Aid" to a bigger problem and advised looking into replacing my unit soon due to it's age and wear. All in all this cost me a third of the price from the previous visit by the other company. Fast forward to this past week, I contacted H&W and another company to get a quote for HVAC replacement. The first company came by and gave a detailed review of what would be done. H&W did the same but forwarded me the quote same day. The other company didn't get back to me until 3 days later, needless to say they missed out. Waylon and his professional team came by and completed the job, ran through everything they took care of and even followed up on additional questions I had at the end. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not contact them for any HVAC issue, big or small."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The install was seemingly ok. However,  I always like to be on site to make sure things are done to my standard. I had to do some small reworking on the returns, so the larger unit would be able to pull enough air. I am ok with this, since they would have added to my price for construction costs.
The unit was installed and everything was good. However, when I returned from work after the first day to check the inside of the return for seals, etc, I noticed that there was a large amount of debris from the install, RIGHT BELOW THE INTAKE! There is a reason filters are put on the returns, and it's to prevent crap like construction debris from filling the cavity below the unit. These guys got done with the job, sealed everything excellently, but forgot to do the most important part - CLEAN out the debris.
Fortunately, I found it early, and it has not caused any issues, YET. But I assure you, if this unit so much as makes a funny noise, they will be replacing it on their dime.
