We had already had the main drain cleaned a week or so before, so we didn't think that would solve the problem as there was still water coming up. Hope sent out Kevin. Very nice, polite, prompt, but he basically did what the first drain cleaner had done, and that didn't fix the problem. HE SAID he didn't have the small snake on the truck to do the lines from the kitchen and laundry room. Why would HOPE send out someone who didn't have the proper equipment on the truck? Nothing was fixed at this point. THIRD: Kevin called the office and they said they wouldn't take the coupon that was given to us by Matt."

After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"I reached out them about a year ago to look at my basement. I needed help with an old existing waterproof system a different company had installed and also to have someone look at the foundation. Marty informed us that our old waterproof system was an open system and that we might have radon coming through it. Sure enough he was correct! We hired a radon specialist and he was able to install a mitigation system. Marty also inspected our walls and advised that our foundation is fine and we did not need anything done at this time. Mike recommended installing a perimeter drain along the basement wall with a sump pump. The quoted price was very fair, and he didn't push back or try to upsell me when I decided to only install the drain along the problem wall instead of the entire house. Within a week (around Christmas as well), Mike and his crew came out and completed the project. They were friendly, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. So far (2 weeks later) the basement is dry, and there have been several heavy downpours. This is a small, husband and wife owned business that stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. Highly recommended!"
