"Company was terrific and would definitely hire again. Scott was on time for our appointment to provide an estimate. After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. I called him to let him know that I was having some trouble with my dead bolt, and he said he would be back that evening to take look and fix it. He showed up, just like he said, made some adjustments and even brought finishing plugs for the sidelight, that had been forgotten when the installation was completed. So, excellent customer service."

He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. Sal and his assistant arrived right on schedule and did a thorough inspection of the attic, taking pictures which he then showed to me and explained the damage that he saw.  The duct branching off to the bedroom wing was completely disconnected from the main AC line and there were numerous gashes in sides from animal nesting activity.He also inspected the entire house inside and out, and made recommendations, quoting prices. We agreed on the work to be done and he made a date for the actual labor to be done.
On the schedule day, Sal and his assistant arrived and went immediately to the attic.They repaired the damage and again took pictures to let me see that the work had in fact been done. 
He then checked all the air vents in the soffits around the house and repaired the screening in some to prevent animal entry. He wrapped the water heater pipes with insulation and sprayed foam insulation around the stove vent , and caulked a few small spots around windows and baseboard.
A very thorough job, done very professionally and for a very reasonable price.
