"Scheduling was quick, the technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. They provided an estimate up front, and once agreed upon, proceeded to clear the window well drain pipe. Multiple wiffle balls later, they tested the drain and things were running well."

"Outstanding Service from Mike from “My Plumber” Mike is the Real Deal—Reliable, Honest, and Always There When You Need Him Good help is hard to find, but Mike? He’s the best. I called him about an issue with our water heater and low water pressure in the first-floor bathroom—20 minutes later, he was at my door. Not only did he fix everything fast, but he wouldn’t even take a dime for it. Mike is straight-up hardworking and honest. He shows up when he says he will, does the job right, and actually looks out for people. He’ll tell you what’s needed, help you save money, and never tries to upsell you. He’s not just a great plumber—he’s like family. If you need someone you can trust, Mike’s your guy."

"Awesome company! Called on Friday and they came out first thing Saturday morning. Another company supposedly tried to snake the drain then told me the drain couldn't be unclogged and the basement floor had to be dug up to get to the main pipe to replace it- $5,000- $7,000!! Along came AllClear and said there was no way the drain could have been snaked without cutting the pipe as it was a double sink- so he cut the pipe and found the clog in the trap- snaked the main pipe where there were no problems and now the water runs right on through. So happy - will definitely call again for any future needs!! Also referred to friends and family!"

"Blown away EVERY TIME we call ABP! Just when we think their customer service can't get any better, it does. Had a leak over Christmas weekend, and first thing day after Christmas got a same day appointment to at least look at it. It was an afternoon window for the appointment and they kept apologizing for it not being earlier, yet, they were early and ended up fixing the pipe right away. They're prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable and incredibly easy to work with, and you never feel like you're getting duped. Thank goodness for finding them on Angie's list - we can't think of anything they could do better! Thank you ABP!"

"Approximately 20-years ago we purchased glass doors for our wood burning FP from Dreifuss and were pleased with the service. We had been contemplating converting to gas fire log insert and after doing some research we decided to get a quote from Dreifuss. The sales people were very knowledgeable discussing pros/cons of vented vs. ventless system and their quote was in line with our expectations so we completed the sale. Installation was scheduled at their busiest time of the year and they clearly advised on 3 - 4-weeks lead time; installation was completed within 3-weeks"

"Water was dripping from the ceiling. Plovio cane within a couple of hours and investigated the situation. After trouble shooting we determined it was not a burst pipe but a slow leak through the tiles in the shower requiring retailing/reconstruction. They provided me with a couple of names and charged a minimal fee for coming out. Professional, courteous and thorough. I would definitely hire them when I need plumbing work done"

FAQs for gas piping projects in Hamilton Township, NJ

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
