"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. "I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (Mike) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. The plumbing technician (Andrew) was at my house five days later with all of the required materials and worked for 8 hours on the various items. He even found and fixed another broken component while working which probably saved me additional stress and money! At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. "Adem at AAC was amazing and I highly recommend him for HVAC services. I had two HVAC units that needed replacement after 25+ years of operation. He performed the job quickly with his helper and left everything clean. Since this was a large job, I reached out to 3 other companies for quotes including some very large names and another family operated business. Adem was the last person I met, was more knowledgeable, and provided a reasonable price. His quote was significantly cheaper than the large, brand name company that operates in the area and in line with the more reasonable operators but provided slightly better equipment. I ultimately chose him after speaking with a neighbor who provided a great recommendation for him as well. The process was smooth, both units inside and out were completed within a day and half with little to no oversight or bother to me (I work from home). After the units were installed he filed inspection paperwork and was in contact with me until that was complete. My first mechanical inspection failed, because of faulty work that was done by a prior technician. Adem had warned me about those potential minor issues before he left as well. Adem immediately returned and fixed those issues at no additional cost. I saved Adem's information and will never waste my time getting other quotes if I ever have an issue with my system at this property or any others in the area. There is no reason to go with anyone else just leave it to Adem."

"After two weeks of trying to diagnose the problem with my heating system, it was determined that I needed to replace the system. Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. From the technicians who determined a replacement was needed, to Phil Grego who coordinated the replacement installation, to Miguel and his coworker who worked quickly to replace the system, it was a flawless coordinated effort to restore a working heating system in my house. All representatives from Arctic Air were respectful and informative. An extra shout out to Phil who was able to get me on the installation schedule quickly."

The vehicle passed inspection, but I also appreciated the manager bringing to my attention that the tires would likely require replacement before the next annual inspection.

" I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!
He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.
Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
 I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.

"I had Indoor Air install a central AC unit and furnace at our rental property and a central AC unit at our residence in early 2016. First, I'm a bit obsessive about research and price quotes and spent many hours sitting with salespeople and getting quotes from seven different local providers: two small-scale, two mid-size and three large companies. The closest local competitor by staffing seemed to be Princeton Air. Indoor Air had such positive reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and Google that I asked Dennis how he was gaming the system, and he claimed that they had no dedicated staff for optimizing online reviews. The salesman for Princeton Air, by contrast, told me they hired someone in 2015 to manage their online presence, after I asked him why their negative reviews seemed to end about six months earlier, with significant negative reviews before. Indoor Air beat Princeton Air's prices by a surprisingly large margin, and five other vendors' pricing by a lesser but still significant amount, right off the bat, and after some back and forth negotiating (I'm very aggressive on price.), he came within 5% of the lowest bid, which was an individual installer with no support staff. I've been surprised by the following: 1) The women who answer the phone always remember who I am and are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2) The service people came out within two hours after I accidentally put a box on a pipe in the attic that drains the water from the AC unit, such that water started dripping through the ceiling. I was mad as **** at them and quite obnoxious, thinking this was their installation fault; they remained patient and professional; and after the tech guy showed me the box on the pipe, he very patiently explained how he'd remedy things at no charge, even as the steam continued to rise from my ears as I argued with him, and then he took care of it immediately, which made me a bit sheepish. 3) Yesterday, a tech came out to my house to look at a problem with a hot water heater that they didn't even install, fixed the problem and didn't charge me for it. (He had been out earlier for annual maintenance of the AC unit and was still in the area.) I tend to be skeptical about tradespeople until proven wrong, but Indoor Air consistently makes me trust their judgement, pricing and professionalism. They've done a couple of other little things for me like replace a thermostat, which required significant rewiring, and their pricing and professionalism in going the second mile without additional charges has been very impressive."
