"My water heater has stopped working and water heaters in a hurry was able to come out same day, on a Saturday. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and explained all of my options. He ended up replacing the water heater and upgrading my system. He was thorough and clearly wanted to make sure that the job was done right. I would definitely recommend this company for any issues with your water heater."

"Yes, one day install conversion from tank electric to tankless gas with water softener"

"I have a service contract with them. They ran the line in the basement and connected it to the stove. They had to be creative because they were running lines in an area not made for it. They came and did the job in one visit and haven't had any issues. It took about half of a day to complete this job.  I could have shopped around and gotten a cheaper price. I was comfortable with them. I didn't feel the need to go out and compare prices. I have a service contract with them."

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"Servicemen arrived on time showed respect for for my house by wearing special booties which was appreciated. Did exactly what I wanted in a very professional way I was well pleased and would use the service again"

"Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr."

"Very happy with the service I received."

"Bryan serviced our heater, he also told me about the condition of our heater. What it would take to repair it & that the age of the unit would make it too costly to repair. We appreciate your quality work & your advise, thank you."

"Steve replaced our water heater, his service was quick, he was helpful explaining all the details and had a great personality as a whole."
