"We hired Michigan Fire for repair work after we had a busted pipe during the Polar Vortex on January 30, 2019. Michigan Fire Restoration came out to my home right away and started work immediately. Work was completed very quick and timely."

"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just mold remediation. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"Excellent company!!! They did exactly what they said they would do. They kept us updated the entire way. Customer service was amazing!!!!! Would highly recommend"

"Very satisfied with the end results of our project. The workers were very polite and respectful of my home. we had a 500 sf living room added, bathroom remodeled, new kitchen, new flooring all new windows, siding, roofing. Jamie the owner was very easy to work with. Thank You for a job well done. Dan and Melissa"

"Overall, it went very well. It took longer than I originally anticipated, mostly due to waiting for insurance confirmation and additional work that ended up being done. The company was really great at scheduling with us at the odd times we required."

"When you have to have work done on your house due to water damage it is a pressing matter and so it was for the On-Site team. They worked long hours to get us back to normal. The teams that worked on our home were courteous and professional. The On-Site manager for our project, Mike, was understanding and efficient! He made sure the job was taken care of. He was a hands-on manager. This is the team to have when nature throws you a curve ball."

"I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was performed. From the first day that I got in contact with the company,I was assured that everything would be ok.Tom of R & L came to my building and assessed the situation and he immediately began to make calls to get things back in order for me.Because of the fire damage my building and contents were in bad shape.Tom was able to contact my insurance adjuster and before you know it there was all kinds of action going on in my building to get things back in order.I must say that I do now have a very professional and new looking building from the work done by R & L company.Of all the different people that Tom had to come and perform work on my building, they were all professional with very positive attitudes, and I felt comfortable with them being in my building.I will be recommending the services of R & L in the future, they are a great company and I love the work that they did for me.
