"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. "Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"
