"Jason was excellent. He came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and went to work and replaced my well water pump. His price was reasonable. No additional charges for coming to my house on Sunday. A very decent guy to work with. I would certainly use his services again."

"For weeks, we were getting less and less water from our faucets. Finally, we were down to a dispiriting trickle. A first visit from Garrity did not resolve the issue. When, concerned, I called back several days later, they immediately dispatched Joe and Cody, who arrived w/n 15 min. They probed deeply to find out the cause, discovering a cracked pipe and failing well pump, dating from about 30 years ago. They installed a new pump and new well cap up to current code and ensured that the water coming from the well was bacteria-free. This am, Joe was back by 8 am to show us how to flush all chlorine residues from our system and explain what he had done. Joe was determined, undaunted and kept at it until he found the cause of the inadequate water pressure--despite the late evening hour yesterday. His explanations were informative, clear every step of the way and helped us understand what was going on. He was patient, amiable and very good at what he does. Thank you Joe, Cody and Garrity!"

"We had just had our entire lawn aerated and over seeded when we lost power to our well water. I called Justin and he was able to get to us immediately! Turns out, that the electrics were so old they just stopped working. Justin was able to pull all of the old cable out and do a complete rewire onsite to get us up and running that day. He then came back to do a sizable dig from the house to the well and then was able to cut the rest of wiring and move lots of large rocks for us as well. He ran all new piping etc. We also opted to put in all new components inside the house as well. Justin then brought in a guy with an excavator to complete digging, (Shout out to Paul, Max and Ozzie ! ). Justin also cleaned up the entire yard and got rid of any old stuff. He also seeded the front yard for us as I was unable to do this at the time. Cheers and Kudos to both of these guys! We will be going back to Justin and AWS for more of our well solutions as we have in the past. "

"He was difficult to work with and unresponsive to inquiries. After collecting a down payment from me, he made no progress on the project for months as verified by town hall, despite his claims that the project was in motion. I’ve been involved in court proceedings since May 2024 to get my money back. I won in small claims court and he still has yet to pay me as of July 2025."

"I spoke with Alvin at about 9 AM on a Wednesday and he had a team at my house the same day. I had three plumbing issues and Eric and Bryan were able to fix them in about two hours. They gave me an estimate before they began work and that is what I ultimately paid. The team was efficient and courteous, and I was pleased with both the work and the fact they were able to come in a short time. I thought the charge was reasonable and competitive. "We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."
