He was hired for a coil cleaning because another franchised company failed to do it when they provided a tune-up a month earlier. He not only cleaned the coils but additionally saw that the motor and other parts needed cleaning. He did it with no additional charge to what he reasonably and originally quoted me. The unit looked great afterward on the inside and externally. He is honest, very thorough, and transparent with pictures showing the before and later. The contractor came back for an additional repair to fix a compasitor that was weak, this requiered the approval of my home warranty insurance, he gained that approvedl with ease through them and quickly replaced the compasitor and again poricded quality service .He made the whole process very easy"

"Job was completed in one day. It was convenient. I woke up with no hot water. Called Hill's (it was on a Friday) around 10am and they had one of their plumbers call me right back so I could explain the problem. He gave me a time that he would be at my home. He called me when he was on the way. He arrived at the time he had said he would (3:30pm). He showed me the problem. Water heater was leaking. (It was 22 years old). It needed to be replaced. I didn't have time or a truck to go purchase one myself. He replaced it and we had hot water by 6pm."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
