I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. "Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
