"Valentin did an awesome job. Thank you for your help with the repair to a leaky outside water spout."

"So pleased with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric! My lower level bathroom toilet and tub had backed up sewage coming into it and they were able to get a technician out in less than 2 hours. Jason inspected my entire system and the clog had cleared and did not repeat so no repairs were needed. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on ways to prevent the situation in the future and was very friendly. The cost was a small service call fee - well worth my peace of mind!"

"If you’re looking for someone you can actually trust, Isaiah is the person to call. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. He took the time to educate me on my options for a whole home water filtration system and a tankless water heater, explaining the pros and cons of each without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how kind, honest, and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He was the only contractor who took the time to truly educate me instead of just giving me a quote. I walked away feeling informed, cared for, and confident that I was making the best decision for my home. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for their customers. Isaiah is truly one of a kind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for honest, client first service."

Ben came and i can not say enough about his patience, professionalism, caring and was so helpful with my situation. He took the time to educate us and help us understand the system. He checked all points of our water in our house. he also had some suggestions for the future which we will do. this company also has a person to extract water thru my insurance for my carpet. He left nothing out. His expertise and honesty was amazing. I hope everyone who reads this will use this company. If there were 20 stars they would definitely get them. "It was really refreshing to see a younger man in the plumbing business who is very knowledgeable and has the experience to prove it. Brady was polite, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Because of his reasonable prices, great attitude, and flexibility to work around my schedule, I will definitely be calling B.C. Plumbing services for future issues. Thanks for going above and beyond Brady!"

"Very professional, fast and quality work. We needed a water heater and they came out the same day. We had a 40 gallon storage tank water heater and had it replaced with a 50 gallon. They replaced three or valves all of the water heater lines and gas line. New drip pan and drain set up with a leak alarm."

"Harold was super nice, informative and genuinely concerned about my problem and went thru all the steps to troubleshoot it, everything down to testing the water pressure. He was here till 8:30pm to get the job done. Thanks!"
