"I can't say enough about how great the service from All About Heat & Air gave us this weekend! I called on a Saturday morning with a problem concerning my heat pump. They gave me an appointment for the next day, Sunday, because they work 7 days a week. Within an hour they had called back to offer me an appointment that very day due to a cancellation. The technician, Cole, sent a text letting me know he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. He knew right away what the problem was and it was solved within less than 30 minutes. Even though the problem was caused by my installation of a new thermostat, Cole did not make me feel stupid or foolish. Cole even went to the trouble to be sure he had picked up all the small pieces of copper wire that had fallen to the carpet. "Excellent service. Tech called when he was enroute. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do & that if he found any issues/problems he would talk to me before doing anything. He did the servicing thoroughly in about an hour. He made one recommendation for a change to the air return but wasn't pushy about it. He said it was just an idea to make changing the filter easier. He also brought up another recommended system change/addition and we discussed future service options. Overall it was very good service. I would use them again."
