But the problem turned out to be a clog in the line which was causing the condensate pump to be overworked. The drainage line had to be replaced, and this was also covered. "The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."
