"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"We hired Air Care to install our HVAC system in the summer of 2019. They did a fantastic job! The entire team was clean, friendly, professional, and most importantly, happy. You can tell they truly enjoy their work and working with each other. We would highly recommend Air Care to anyone looking to have their HVAC system replaced."

"Temp Air personnel are responsible, honest, knowledgable, and their customer service is top of the line. They were accommodating with a scheduled that worked for us. Also, the techs that came to our house were professionals and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them."

"Excellent customer service. Made two systems operate and gave important knowledge of the future life of these 15 or more year old systems and how they will need to be repaired or likely replacement once the new environmental laws on Freon goes into effect in 2020"

"I needed an oil change done on my Mercedes. Dave the owner made sure he had all the right spec fluids for my car when I go there. Connie the friendly receptionist was friendl and efficient.. I was in and out quick all fluids topped off, and potential problems brought to my attention, no sales pitch just good old fashioned honest people. We'll do business with them again. Highly Recommended

"My husband and I were very disappointed with the work a former company had done installing new duct work and removal of asbestos in our attic. After this job cost us a lot of money the air flow from the vents was terrible. By the time we realized how bad the problem was when the weather became unbearably hot, the company said it was past the 90 days and would not fix the problem without costing us more money. We were weary about calling out another company for fear of having the same problems. We saw an add on a little sticker that came with our paper and decided to call to have a tune-up since it had been over a year since the last disaster. We called Home Comfort and had the maintenance and a new air scrubber installed to help purify the air in our home. It made a huge difference. We also paid to have the yearly maintenance performed. At that time Chris was the technician who quoted us a price to have all the duct work re-done but we thought it was too much money to spend and decided to wait. Bringing us to the present day, Home Comfort had been calling us for several months telling us that we still had one free maintenance visit left that was already paid for. Unfortunately we were unable to make the time for the visit due to many medical problems my husband was facing and with many scheduled doctor appointments. Finally I convinced my husband to let us make an appointment as we were facing another hot and uncomfortable summer and the work needed to be done. At first I was not happy as the first appointment I had scheduled was cancelled and changed to later that week then they tried to cancel that appointment again. I got upset and said I wanted them to send someone even if it was late afternoon. I told my husband here we go again with yet another company that was going to give us the run around. We were pleasantly surprised when a young well-groomed, well mannered technician name John Ruiz showed up to do the inspection. He was very friendly but professional at all times. He checked everything out and then let us know what was needed. Even though he had already cleaned the unit outside he convinced my husband for us to sit down with him and take a look at what he had to offer in the way of a new unit. He thoroughly explained everything with pictures and helped us decide on a unit that best fit our needs as well as being affordable. He answered all our questions and to our surprise was even able to schedule us to have the new system installed the very next day. The installers showed up the next morning on time (Enrique Ceja and his nephew Enrique Ceja) (all in the family) ready to work. They were there 9 hours and I never saw them stop working except for a short lunch break. The Enrique Sr. was very knowledgeable and said he had been in the business for over 20 years. They did an excellent job and stayed make sure the system was working before leaving. John followed up with another visit on his way home several days later to check out the system and make sure we were satisfied with the work that had been done. He even took pictures up in the attic to show us the difference. Now I can honestly say we have a very comfortable flow of air coming from all the vents – even a little to cool at times, but we are very pleased. We would highly recommend Home Comfort USA to anyone looking for quality affordable work done by people that really care. Thank you John, both Enrique’s and Home Comfort for a Job Well Done! Sincerely, Beverly & Berry Dalton"
