I had used them years ago on my first house here in Glastonbury. They were great then. I called the first number I had on my iPhone at 7am (spoke to a very professional person named Willy) and within 3 hours Wayne Perras (the service tech) & Co were here addressing the problem. Wayne was very straight forward. No BS. Gave me the quotes. I agreed, since it sounded reasonable. I had changed the pump on my other house (not as deep & smaller pump) so I knew around how much it would cost. Wayne was great, knowledgeable and had a friendly and respectful disposition. I will certainly use them for another related project this Summer. I truly & honestly recommend this family company.
