"Fast, friendly service - called ahead, on time. I'm a happy customer."

"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HVAC Superior Solutions Inc!! They came over to diagnose my AC problem on very short notice. I decided to get a whole new system and they took great care in all the details and worked overtime to get the job completed. I am very satisfied with the new system and with the great customer service."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."

"Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent service and repair. Bob and Jose were the best!"

"I called to schedule a time to get an estimate, after seeing a black spot on my basement bathroom ceiling. I spoke with Walt and he informed me that I was out of his service area. But he gladly talked to me to understand my situation. After our conversation I felt more comfortable, since the area that was showing mold was cut away by my plumber. For now a real good HEPA air purifier should take care any spores in my basement. I'm having all my pipes replaced, so I shouldn't have any more leak (hopefully ;-D). But , if it looks like mold is growing I'll begin the hunt for a provider in my area. Thanks again for the help Walt.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. I'm thankful I now know who to call for my plumbing needs."
