Discussed tankless and was tempting but we have never run out of hot water and price is still pretty high. Then after plumber left discovered water pressure was low in mater bath. Figured clogged aerator. Tried to removed and crumbled in hand with threads still in place. called to have new faucet installed. Tow days later Tim and Tim from Lifeline showed up with new faucet. Installation was tough on a 38 year old sink and faucet that definitely needed replacement. Both guys did great job in tight area under vanity."
