"They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Finally needed a replacement Rheem unit installed from them, The two installers Scott and Tyler were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable in completing the installation. Tech fixed insulation on door that was falling into fan motor.  He removed debris.  I'm sure all of the other tune-up items were completed, but these were the ones of note that could I feel could have been a big issue.
He brought down one of the capacitors that was on the fritz and showed me the tests were just outside of the 6% tolerance.  He gave me a quote for the replacement.  However, I have a home warranty that will replace the items when it finally fails, so I choose not to replace it at the time (maybe next year if I make it through this summer).
I did not feel any pressure or sales pitch.  I feel that this is a reliable company that I would be comfortable using.

"I purchased a deal for a toilet tune-up, but we wound up needing to replace the toilet altogether. My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. My daughter checked the reviews on the toilets online and got advice from the plumbing specialist at Home Depot. She wound up purchasing a toilet from a brand the plumber does not like, so he informed us he would not offer any guarantees for his installation. It has only been a week and the toilet is still working, but it is frightening that he would not give any guarantees. Because he was unable to give us the 5 year guarantee for the toilet like he does for others, he should have advised us to purchase a different one. Instead he went ahead and installed it and said he would not warrant it. He charged an astronomical amount for installing the new toilet. Home Depot had an installation price of $109 and he charged $250. If we had known he would do that, we would have never gone with him."

"Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty."
