I wasn't provided with a time for the recall and, consequently, waited around for Ward Plumbing to call me which was a waste of my day. Nevertheless, the problem with my hot water heater has been fixed and is working again."

"James did multiple jobs for me after diagnosing the actual problem. Correcting the issue required james to replace part of an old pipe which could only be accessed through a ceiling. James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. "MJ Home Service saved the day. I  mean night. The outside water faucet cracked and water slowly came back into the houses bring a good deal of mud with it. I called MJ home services around 7 pm and they promptly responded and had a team here within the hour. . They did everything right and more. Melissa explained the process and answered all my questions.  She was very responsive and kept me informed of arrival and how the process would work.. The crew (Brian and Ned) were very processional and kept me informed of every step of the process. They took over the situation and took care of everything needed. They removed  water, mud and all water soaked  items like cardboard boxes . They stacked everything up neatly in one area., cut out damaged drywall, and sprayed to prevent  mold. The set up  fans, so that the basement and rolled up carpeting would dry. They did everything necessary to make sure we were taken care of, even set up our humidifier. Their price was exceptionally reasonable. I have dealt with Servpro, I would have paid twice or more and  had to deal with sales pitches for additional services. I can't imagine how we could ave been taken care of any better. They did everything right. They made a bad night better. I recommend them without reservations.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The job turned out to be a two day job, which we knew in advance and planned accordingly. Had to totally tear out the old tub and surrounding walls. Did run into some minor problems due to being an older house.John did everything he said he was going to do, even more. John was very conscientious in doing the work. He truly does do the work as if it was his own home, even brought the plumbing up to code. Answered any all questions I had with no problems. Will definitely hire them again. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. "Our entire experience with Remodel USA has been fantastic. 

We put our name in for a free estimate at the Herndon Festival in June. We were contacted immediately to have someone come out, but I never felt like I was pushed or harassed. We had already had a couple of contractors come do estimates for our projects and Remodel USA came somewhere in the middle - neither way too high or unrealistically too low.
Once the initial salesman, Sean, came out to see what our ideas were he gave us a general estimate. After we agreed to take the next step, he then brought in Patrick and Dan, the sales director and the contractor/engineer, to do a formal estimate of what our total project would be. We redid two bathrooms and the kitchen. This included moving plumbing, walls, flooring, cabinetry, etc. It was a HUGE project.
Once the contract was signed and items picked I really liked that what we agreed on for the price was guaranteed. I knew if we ran into any other problems (and of course we did) the price wouldn't skyrocket up.
Gary and Oscar were the contractors who worked with Dan, the engineer, to bring our vision to reality. They were courteous and efficient. Most importantly, they were respectful of our time and space whenever possible. We have a dog who is very territorial and they made sure she got a chance to see and smell them - EVERY DAY. Also, I have a child with special needs who gets nervous with loud noises and change. They were very understanding and made sure to tell us when they were going to do something that might upset him. 
The finished projects have blown everyone away! Everyone who comes to our house compliments our new kitchen and bathrooms.
I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the work done! I would recommend them again in a heartbeat to anyone and everyone!
