He showed me and explained to me the repair needed and gave me a quote which I accepted. He efficiently finished the repair and showed me how everything was working. "Installation was GREAT!!!! Slyvester answered all my questions and was very professional and friendly. A/C working great. There was a mix up with payment up front, which costed about 35 minutes, but it was resolved and customer service said they would resolve this for future customers. If you plan to use multiple payment methods, my recommendation would be to have a backup plan or call the front office to arrange things before installation."

"Amer, arrived on time, he was professional and respected of my home. I needed wiring repair for a ceiling light in an upstairs hallway. I had lot of questions. He took the time to answer each one.
