"Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. "The technician arrived later than expected but he explained that there was an emergency that morning and was courteous once he arrived. The tankless water heater was making intermittent noises and a descaling was done. I haven’t heard noises since so hopefully the water heater will last for many more years. The technician said typically lifespan is only 7-10 years which is shorter than the 20 year I have in mind."
