"Company's technician, Chris, arrived promptly the following morning after service call was requested. He was polite, courteous and very thorough in determining the necessary repair. Made repair the following day after obtaining replacement refrigerant coil. Very pleased with repair and competency of technician. Technician did not try to sell us a new system, but replaced only what was needed to repair/restore the cooling system. Will use again."

"The service I received today was outstanding. Gary called me back on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend and 4 hours later my air conditioning system was up and running . He treated me as if we knew each other for years. The best part is I called him from Connecticut I gave him my codes to to let himself into my home for the repairs I felt so comfortable with this perfect stranger but from now on Iâ  ll be using his service. In this crazy world there are still good people with dedication ð   Thank you Lisa"

"We bought a home that unfortunately had 2 units over 20 years old. We received a letter and coupon from Service Star for annual maintenance (addressed to previous owner). We had not been having any issues with our AC but thought maintenance was pretty important, especially with summer coming. Louis came out on Tuesday, April 28th and did a thorough inspection of our units. He was very friendly, engaging and we felt confident and convinced that he was quite knowledgeable in this field. Turns out there were big issues with our unit including the huge mold issue, coil issue, fire hazard issues, etc. (yikes!). Our units were working pretty hard and getting pretty hot and there was zero efficiency going on. Basically, the life of our units had come to an end. We opted to replace the units and he gave us a pretty good deal which included upgrading the digital thermostats (pretty awesome!). My husband is a vet so there was a nice discount I appreciated how he explained everything to us and outlined what replacing the units entailed. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the units available and could start the work that day! There was a two-person crew that came in around 3:30 and was completely done and cleaned up by 10:30 pm. No small project. They were professional, competent and worked diligently to completion. We were quite impressed and what a big difference in the quality of air! We can say enough good things about Service Star, we definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. GREAT job Service Star. Triple-A rating!!"

"went well. tech arrived on time. he was neat and very professional. repair completed first thing in a.m. for evening call. Have used SeaCoast for years and always happy with their service."

"You know how miserable it is to have the air go out in Florida. I called and left message at 7:00am, got a call back at 7:30 and they were here by 8:45 am and finished by 9:30. Great service!!!!"

"I dreaded calling an AC contractor but Sophisticated Heating and Cooling I found to be the exception to rule when it came to trust, quality and price. They are now my go to AC contractor and repair service. My AC is working better than it ever has."

"Excellent customer service. James is very knowledgeable, answers all of your questions, explains all of your alternatives, doesnâ t try to sell you products and services you donâ t need. I really canâ t say enough about this company; theyâ ve definitely earned our future business."

"I have used South Florida Crane and Cooling for my home, my parents home, and referred his company to neighbors. Whenever I pick up the phone for an AC issue Damien and his crew are fast and efficient. I usually can get him or his staff out to my residents the same day or next. I hardly ever waiting for responsive service. This is a must in South Florida. Damien and his staff were on top of the job and services needed from the start. They installed a brand new AC unit air handler and compressor for the outside. They also replaced a air handler at my parents home. I am getting ready to use them for a brand new install to an addition to my home. Complete AC unit inside, compressor and fan outside, and all the duct work, vents, and returns that a new install require in a new construction. They have fantastic prices, work with you, and usually beat any other company out there. They are clean, neat, professional, and I don't have to worry about their workmanship. Great company and service. I would recommend them for all your AC needs. Thank you. Joe."

"I was recommended to use them and I have to say their Technician came in and went right to work and diagnosed my situation. Explained everything and gave options on repairs! I felt very comfortable from talking to of to their Service representative. I am happy I went with this company no sales pitches just old fashion repair TECHNICIAN. It's refreshing to find this honesty Will continue using them and recommend them"
