When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. "Things went great! Moe assessed the problem with each of the toilets in my home. He looked at the first toilet and determined the entire mechanism inside the tank (float and flapper) needed to be replaced. The second toilet was an easy fix so he did that free of charge. The third toilet he determined only needed a handle, which I told him I could replace myself once I went to purchase the correct handle. So, he completed the repair on the first toilet and as a new customer he honored the 15% of coupon for Angie's List members. I was a little disappointed that a new toilet mechanism with labor costs $175. However, based on my research this price is about $20 cheaper than the average cost to repair a toilet. And the 15% discount ($26.25) also helped to ease my sticker shock. I would recommend Cross County as well as use them again."
