There was a $99.00 Big Deal, so I bought the deal, then called to set up an appointment. It was quick and easy. They called the night before to remind us of the next day's service. "Work was done very well.  The installers did a professional job and listened and followed my requests during the install (regarding some trim pieces).    Patio doors openings were a custom size which complicated issues, but Kevin McCann provided a number of options to solve the problem.  He also provided me initial quotes before we purchased the home and was patient and provided later quotes which we used after we closed on the house.  They also did some gutter and facia repair that they didn't make much money on but it sure helped me out.  I was glad they could also do this for me.  It saved me a lot of time and effort to find someone to do it.  The doors and new window look great, and I expect will last a lifetime.  Next we'll be replacing a few more windows with McCann. "
