"Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!"

"This was the second time I used Diamond.  Previously, they came to my rescue regarding a non functioning air conditioner on a Friday night when the temp was over 100.  I found Elaine to be a very pleasant and efficient contact.  Bob was thorough, personable and took the time to explain what had happened and what he was doing.  Once the heater was repaired, he took extra time to check out my original thermostat and installed one I had purchased in my fear that the original was no longer working.  I will absolutely continue to do business with this company.  Customer service and reasonable fees are rare.  What a delightful find Diamond has been!

"Wonderful! They came out quickly and on time. Their repairman was very good, very professional, and really a nice guy. Without going into detail it was apparent that the warranty co. was trying to charge over $1000 for repairs that weren't even needed! They had told my son that their compressor was ruined when all it needed was (I think) a new start capacitor! Plus the warranty co. people told my son that they would HAVE to perform a PURGE which they would have to agree to and that the PURGE wasn't covered by the warranty and would be $800! Bell Brothers came by, fixed the problem and that was that. Cost: around $300"

"I scheduled an air conditioner tune-up with Roy O. Cook and Sonny came out on the scheduled date and time. He did a thorough job of testing the compressor, cleaning the coils and measuring the air flow. I have a 4-ton unit and his meter showed my a/c unit was only performing at about 2.5 tons. After cleaning the coils and making adjustments, he was able to increase the efficiency to 3.7 tons. This is a significant improvement which equates to my a/c unit performing better when the hot weather eventually kicks in. Roseville Electric currently has a program that provides a $75 rebate towards a comprehensive tune-up. Sonny did an outstanding job and I'll definitely hire them again."

"It was a little complicated. As far as the plumbing work, that went fine. They're a little bit high pressure on their service contract. I ended up signing for a service contract for $15 a month. It's an automatic withdrawal so I have to wait for a year to undo it. I just wanted my plumbing fixed. I don't want the service contract. It was a simple job. They're polite. I ended up paying an additional $200."
