He asked me to contact the manufacturer and order the correct part. The manufacturer gave me the part number but would not sell the part to me, a homeowner. "I purchased a dishwasher and an above-range microwave from Costco, both within a few months of each other. (Rats chewed up my former dishwasher's wiring and ruined the whole unit.) On both of these installations, my experience with A-1 was nothing but very positive. These guys really know their way around kitchen appliances! They had some issues with removing the old microwave, but Cole figured out a workaround and managed to get the thing out. Our only real issue has been with Costco, because the store doesn't bother checking with A-1 before setting a delivery date. Then A-1 has to change the date because they're backed up. That glitch is all on Costco, not A-1. We've had many contractors and installers in our home, but A-1 is the best! You can count on them to work quickly, efficiently, and carefully. They're very courteous, too. God bless A-1 Installations! (I wasn't compensated for this review, by the way.)"
