I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. "Highly recommended. After a 27 below windchill over night my grandson woke up to what no one wants to hear, water running throughout the house. We had frozen pipes that burst. Premier was at the house within 3 hours of my call (they were already out helping other homeowners with frozen or burst pipes) and fixed all 8 areas where the pipes burst.
