He was very interested in giving us the most cost effective yet appropriate system and was very clear in his explanations of the features he deemed necessary. The written estimate was sent promptly, and the installation appointment was set up immediately. Communication throughout was excellent. The efficient and courteous office staff kept us posted every step of the way. There were no changes or delays. Installers arrived promptly and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Before leaving, they made sure we understood how to work the thermostat and were available to answer any questsions throughout the installation process. David also arrived at the beginning and reviewed the procedure and follow up expectations. Greg and John were very neat and clean, not only in the house but outside in the area they needed as work space. The following day, work was rechecked by Charles and appointments for final CO check by city inspector and Progress Energy were set up. "Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"They completed the original job in 15 minutes or less, then responded to a request for an unscheduled electrical need to revamp a closet light switch.  After describing the alternatives, we arrived at a decision to install a motion sensor.  Since that required a trip to town, one man did that while the other one prepared for the installation.  When he arrived with the part, both men quickly made the adjustment and completed the job, making it look very clean and professional.  Although it took them about 1-1/2 hours to complete, including the trip to town, they charged for only 1 hour as there was plenty of time left from the original job.  My wife was very happy to finally have this change made to the closet light.  Both men were very professional, courteous and friendly, and kept the area clean as they worked as well as cleaning completely when done.  They even brought in a vacuum to make sure that they got all of the drywall dust cleaned up.  We would definitely hire Respro in the future for any electrical work."
