"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Our 20 year old a/c system was on it's last leg, requiring expensive service calls and times without a/c a few times a year. We knew it had to be replaced, but were overwhelmed by starting the process of selecting and paying for a new system. These guys made it simple, and replaced our a/c system and installed a new water heater 2 weeks ago. Red carpet service, and excellent results all around!
