"After a no call/no show by another technician (during 3 weeks of 90+ temps, a sick spouse, 3 tired dogs & a pandemic), I called Hvac Doctor after finding a referral on Angie's List. My call was promptly returned & I was honestly told I would be contacted if an opening presented itself. "The fireplace is old and Jeff the repair man worked for 2 hours on the repairs.  There was a $45 service charge, thermopile replacement charge & a repair charge which all totaled $254.26.  I cannot comment on price as I have no idea what it would have cost if I called another company.  All I know is that it is now running and Jeff who worked on it the entire time he was here.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I should have written this months ago. I was very pleased with Air Comfort from the beginning. John was very professional throughout the entire process, walked me through everything, and gladly answered all of my questions without pressuring me one way or another. His crew was on-time when it came time for installation - they left a little mess in my storage room where the furnace was installed, but it forced me to finally clean and organize that room, which was long overdue anyway, so no big deal. 
After installation, I never expected to hear from them again. However, one of this assistants called to see how everything went, and if I had any questions. On top of that, John called me personally to ensure I applied for all gas and electric rebates that were available to me. About a month later, John called again informing me of a special rebate available through the city of St. Louis Park, which I applied for and received. Unexpected and outstanding that they look out for their customers even weeks/months after their services have been provided.
I probably could have gotten away with spending less money with a different company and/or different brand of furnace and A/C (both are Train), but it was, and still is worth the money. Amazing, reliable service, and I started seeing savings immediately after installation with the new A/C. And now with winter in full swing, my gas bills are nearly half of what they were last year at this time. Unless you're looking to pay bottom dollar, you really can't go wrong with this company.
