The next time, he rushed across town to fix a water line I had cut myself. He saved the day. One time at night, I noticed my neighbors lawn guy ran into the house main, and John walked me through shutting off the main, then he showed up for my out of town neighbor to fix this. "I called on Memorial Day and was surprised to receive an answer. I told the person that I needed non-emergency service on my toilets. The appointment was scheduled for the nest day. Plumber showed up well within the two hour window of our appointment. We discussed the work, he gave me a price and we agreed to the service. He had to leave to pick up parts. He returned about an hour later, performed all of the necessary work quickly without making a mess. He was personable and efficient. Both toilets are now in perfect working order. I couldn't ask for better service."

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."
