There was very limited access via a whole we had previously cut in the kitchen soffit on the floor below. Justin was awesome! He took the time to view bits of You-tubes we had that showed how the Schluter system works...then he worked in the tight space (saved us from having to rip up the sub-floor upstairs!!) to cut out a bit of old PVC, replaced it with new, and connected our drain piece to the newly installed PVC. He even cleaned out a bit of debris that had been sitting in the trap, tested to be sure water would freely flow and that there were no leaks, and cleaned up everything.
