"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"They talked with me nice and completed good normal work. It was very expensive, I assume mostly because they did come after normal business hours. I asked them if they could send someone right away. They didn't give an arrival expectation because they had limited staff but the plumber stopped out to my house within 3 hours from my original call. They quoted the price over the phone then sent a follow up email quote that I signed on line and Michael installed the system the very next day. Michael was very knowledgeable drilled a hole perfectly into our counter top put on the faucet added the tanks and filters. After following their directions and running a few tanks of water through the system we have very good drinking water at a very reasonable price.
