"Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him. I had called the day before to get an estimate and they were able to schedule us in right away. This company had the better price and warranty from the others I asked for prices. They called to let us know that they would be about 15 minutes late (greatly appreciated it!) They got everything set up and cleaned and our swamped running quickly Would hire them again!"

"I was able to get an appointment at my convenience, and James arrived right on time.  He explained to me what the problem was and stated it might take a day or two to get the part.  He also explained the part would be quite expensive because the replacement had been retooled with metal instead of plastic.  He also showed me that I could use the dishwasher without that part being replaced.  I chose to replace the part.  A short time later, he called to tell me he had found the part locally and could come by the house again right then to replace it.  I liked his honesty and the extra effort he made to get the part and replace it in the same day.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"I put N/A for quality because I really have no idea how good a job they did as the ducts are completely enclosed, and there was no preview before or review after as to what was done. Maybe it would be a good idea for them to send cameras into the ducts and have customers see what value they are getting. I rated them low on price not necessarily because I think they are more than other duct cleaners, but because I think $459 is a lot of money for a couple of hours work. I was also under the impression the Groupon I purchased for $119 was for the whole job, then I got the speech when they arrived about what a complete duct cleaning actually entails. Admittedly ignorance on my part, but I couldn't help feeling this was a little bit of the old "bait and switch" routine. I answered the "Would you hire again?" question as no, not necessarily because I absolutley wouldn't hire them, but because the next time I will definitely shop around more to determine the best value."
