"Our furnace and air-conditioning system in our home was almost 23 years old and this winter the furnace started having issues. I have used Sucoy and air in the past for air-conditioning repairs and I liked the way they did their work. They explained exactly what was going on and what it would take to fix it without trying to upsell me or cut corners. So I knew when I needed to replace my HVAC system at some point I wanted to use this company. They're a small business and locally owned and operated. The two technicians that came out to replace my system did a fantastic job. I have an attic installation for my furnace unit so I know it's not an easy job to do. They were efficient, courteous, and kept us informed the whole way. They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation. I would highly recommend Sucoy and Air for your HVAC needs!!!"

"Valpo Services provided a great service from start to finish. Our house was built in 1925 and did not have air duct only window air conditioning units.

"Travis Grove contacted me less than a minute after I submitted a request. He came day-of on a Friday afternoon to inspect, and quickly found the capacitor had failed. He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. Travis was friendly and easy to talk to. His price was very reasonable, including all parts and multiple hours of labor over two days. My system is working well and cooling better than before. All set for the summer heat!"

Compared to what other people say, I think they are probably fairly ordinary in the pricing and they are always giving me a senior discount or something. "Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
